Membership and recurring billing
USD rehabilitation memberships renew until cancellation takes effect. Essential: $99 for 1 month with 1 initial rehabilitation assessment. Plus: $199 for 3 months with 1 assessment and 1 online follow-up. Premium: $349 for 6 months with 1 assessment and 3 online follow-ups. These are total visits for the entire term, not per month. Renewals charge the same full-term price every 1, 3 or 6 months respectively. Medical consultations and other services are purchased separately. Unused visits expire at term end without rollover. Bookings, additional fees and cancellation
The displayed service duration, separate price, category allowance, cancellation deadline and refund rules apply before confirmation. Additional services are charged separately. Cancellation is available in the account; paid-period access normally continues through the displayed effective date.
Acceptable use and interruptions
Do not impersonate others, access unauthorized records, misuse the service, or interfere with security. Accounts may be suspended for abuse subject to applicable rights. Technical interruptions require an appropriate support and resolution workflow. Content and original platform design remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights.
Complaints, liability and disputes
